From Fromentine (Commune de la Barre de Monts) to Notre Dame de Monts you'll find the Forêt domaniale des Pays de Monts, a haven of peace, a breath of fresh air, you can, in any season, cross it on foot in long, wide, cross, but also by bike paths are provided.... There's plenty to get lost in! You can also enjoy a picnic in the shade of the pine trees, sheltered from the wind! It's also ideal for a siesta, lulled to sleep by the sound of the sea and birdsong...

Don't forget your swimming costume either, as the forest borders the sea, and after crossing the dune you can take a dip in the water, which is often very warm!
