No, there are no spaces set aside for this.

What are the different payment methods available?
Payment can be made by credit card, cheque, ANCV holiday voucher, cash or bank transfer.

What do our rates include?

Are children aged 0 to 5 looked after by activity leaders?
No, the kids' club is open to children aged 6 to 12.

Is a baby considered a person?
Yes, but it's free for children under 3.

Are pets allowed on pitches and in rental accommodation?
Yes, pets are allowed on pitches and in rental accommodation (see conditions when booking).

How many dogs can I bring?
You may bring a maximum of 1 dog per pitch or per accommodation on the campsite.

What type of dogs can I bring to the campsite?
Dogs must be calm, tattooed and have their vaccination certificate presented on the day of arrival and must only be kept on a lead. Animals must not be left alone in the accommodation or outside in the absence of their owner. Only category 3 dogs are allowed on the entire campsite and for rental accommodation these must weigh less than 8kg (small dog).

You can find the campsite map on the website in the "practical info" -> "download" -> "campsite map" tab.

Are the properties equipped with heating or air conditioning?
Yes, the rentals have heating, but none have air conditioning.

Are the terraces covered?
The type of terrace is indicated in the rental description.

Are duvets and pillows provided?
Yes, duvets are provided in all rentals, but for hygiene reasons pillows are no longer supplied.

When does the campsite open and close?
The campsite will open on 7 April 2023 and close on 29 September 2023.

What are the campsite's arrival and departure times?
For bare sites :
Arrivals are from 12 noon and departures before 12 noon.
For rentals :
Arrivals are from 4pm and departures before 10am.
Off-season only There is a chargeable option to postpone departure until 5pm.

How many vehicles are allowed per reservation? Where can I park?
Only one vehicle is permitted per booking, and there is usually space to park on the pitch or in front of the accommodation.
There is also a car park at the entrance to the campsite on your right, and a car park 100m from the campsite (sports complex).
Off-season only an "additional vehicle" option is available at extra cost.

What is tourist tax?
The tourist tax is a supplement that the campsite pays to the Vie et Boulogne Community of Communes. The amount is 50 cents per person per day for adults.

If the campsite is closed, how can I get the keys to my accommodation?
If the campsite is closed, please inform us by calling 02.51.93.19.69. We will then explain the procedure.

What does cancellation insurance cover?
Cancellation insurance comes into play when unforeseen circumstances arise before your departure and prevent you from travelling. This could be an accident, death or any other case of force majeure. One of the reasons listed in the contract must force you to cancel your trip.

How can I check availability or get a quote?
You can check them on the website, or contact us directly on 02.51.93.19.69. Prices vary according to dates.

How do I book a holiday?
1. Go to the top of the website and type in the dates you wish to come to the campsite.
2. Then click on "quote / booking".
3. You will then find all our rental and bare pitch offers.
4. Click on the price.
5. Click on book and fill in the booking form.
6. Click on "finalise", which will take you to a summary of your request and the price.
7. Finally, click on "continue", which will take you to the payment page.

How do I book more than one accommodation or pitch?
To book more than one accommodation or pitch, please contact us directly on 02.51.93.19.69.

Is it possible to put an option on a specific location?
Yes, this is possible, unless the rental you want has already been booked, depending on availability.

When will my deposit be debited?
The deposit will be debited :
Credit card: automatic.
Cheque: on receipt.

How can I check that my booking has been registered?
Once the quote has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from the campsite.

When and how do I pay the balance of my stay?
You must pay 1 month before your arrival or you can pay in full directly on the quote via the internet.

How can I change my booking?

Can I cancel my booking?
Any booking not paid in accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale will be cancelled. For cancellations made more than 30 days before the date of arrival, there will be no refund of the deposit. For cancellations less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, you will be required to pay the full amount of your stay. (Recommended: cancellation or interruption insurance can be taken out with your rental contract).

Can I be reimbursed if I leave earlier than planned?
Please contact reception first. No, this is non-refundable.
