Zen experience and relaxation : Day 1
DAY 1: Around the lake...
Let us tell you about our region...
It is packed with unsuspected treasures and it would be indecent of us to keep these famous secrets to ourselves...
You may have set down your bags at camping Val de Vie without knowing that a few leagues from here, nature could be extremely generous.
For a first Zen and Relaxation experience we have an exciting programme in store for you.
But first and foremost, as the saying goes, "preparation is worth action".
For this dream day, you'll need to bring :
- a pair of trainers
- essential sun cream
- A cap, bob or beret (it doesn't matter what style you wear as long as you're comfortable)
- Camouflage clothing (I can smell a scam coming on!!!)
- A swimming costume
- Plenty to feed you
- Water and beverages of your choice
- Top physical condition
- Armbands for budding swimmers and a lifebuoy
In the morning... Early (well, it's up to you) and in a good mood!
Head for Lake Gué Gorand for an expedition that Mike Horn would not have disowned.
Away from the hustle and bustle of the seaside, you can stretch your legs in a bucolic landscape. It's a loop around the lake of around 4 kilometres.
There are no difficulties and even pushchairs are welcome.
This is the perfect family outing. On the menu...
Trees and birds, an invigorating and breathtaking calm.
Then it's time to unfold a napkin and set the table...
And what could be better than a picnic in the shade of an oak tree to regain your strength and enjoy this magical moment shared as a family.
In the afternoon... the adventure continues!
On the Lake Apremont and its leisure centre. You'll be spoilt for choice.
In a sumptuous and inspiring setting, perhaps you'd like to read a good novel. And why not take a dip in the refreshing water afterwards.
Unless you'd prefer to visit Michel, the famous boat hire company...
Who hasn't dreamt of waking up one day in the shoes of Captain Cousteau and being at the helm of a magnificent electric boat...
Who hasn't dreamt of one day being a triple Olympic champion like Tony Estanguet was in his kayak? At Michel's, all dreams are permitted!
To round off this dream day...
A stop at the campsite snack bar is a must. A well-deserved sweet break...
What's more, we'll be delighted to hear your story and share this first Zen and Relaxation experience with you. It's important for us to be able to gather your impressions so that we can fine-tune our "à la carte holidays" programme.
Finally, for those lucky enough to have the keys to a Premium mobile home, there's always time to relax in your private spa... Before preparing a joyous barbecue and thinking about the next day when you'll be in this small family campsite.
